此次研讨会由重庆工商大学经济学院、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地长江上游经济研究中心(成渝地区双城经济圈建设研究院)、复旦大学世界经济研究所联合SSCI期刊 Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy主办。

此次研讨会聚焦中国政府自2020年以来推行的“双循环”发展战略,其强调国际循环和国内循环以及两者之间的关联。国内循环旨在刺激创新以及提升包括国内投资和国内消费在内的国内需求。投稿文章必须与“双循环”相关,包括但不限于以下研究主题:

3)双循环和收入分配
4)双循环和国内需求
5)双循环和基础设施建设
6)双循环和贸易
7)双循环和FDI
8)双循环和“一带一路”

14)其他与双循环相关的议题,如:城镇化、移民、教育、贫困等
优先考虑应用优质数据和可靠分析方法、及基于事实提出可行政策建议的文章。
此次研讨会免注册费。基于期刊审稿程序,我们会选出符合SSCI期刊 Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy要求的参会文章进行发表。

Call for Papers
International Workshop on “China's'Dual Circulation'Economy”
April 13–14, 2024, Chongqing, China
The School of Economics at Chongqing Technology and Business University,the Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education Research Center for Economy of Upper Reaches of the Yangtse River,the Institute of World Economy at Fudan University,together with Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy, will jointly host the captioned international workshop at Chongqing Technology and Business University (Nan'an Campus) on April 13–14, 2023.
The workshop will focus on the “dual circulation” strategy that has been promoted by the Chinese government since 2020. The strategy emphasizes both international circulation as well as domestic circulation and their interactions. Domestic circulation aims at stimulating innovation and lifting domestic demand which consists of domestic investment and domestic consumption. Submitted papers must be related to the “dual circulation” strategy. The following topics are suggestive only:
1)Dual circulation and China’s growth
2)Dualcirculationandinnovation
3)Dual circulation and income distribution
4)Dual circulation and domestic demand
5)Dualcirculation and infrastructure development
6)Dual circulation and trade
7)Dual circulation and FDI
8)Dual circulation and the Belt and Road Initiative
9)Dual circulation and regional trade agreements such as RCEP
10)Dual circulation and global value chains
11)Dual circulation and climate change
12)Dual circulation and the digital economy
13)Dual circulation, the environment and sustainable growth
14)Other issues related to dual circulation such as urbanization, migration, education, poverty and so on.
Preferences will be given to papers using good data and solid methodology plus evidence-based policy suggestions.
There is no registration fee. Subject to the usual review process, a selection of presented paperswill be published in the Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy (SSCI).
